This boss is both amazing and sucks, because there is a RNG factor that can screw you. If he does turn both rows of the floor on spikes and he decides to charge from the place you are, I have not found a way to evade him and you are going to take masive damage. So you should be doing a perfect run to survive if he does decide to do that. Otherwise, is not very hard, just wait until he fireballs the floor, then unleash a charged wind magic attack, either on his face if the floor jumps where you are standing, or in his tail if it doesn't (it will do less damage, but it's still decent).
