I hate this thing. With passion. The first part is extremely simple, just attack the worm with melee, and unleash a charge wind magic when he vomits the enemies. You should kill them while you damage the worm. Sometimes he likes to vomit enemies nonstop, if that happens, make your priority to dispatch them, or they are going to start reflecting lasers and it's going to hurt badly.
The second phase is awful. The boss attacks are not that hard to evade, the problem comes with trying to attack, which you shoul do when he exposes his core. There are two things to do here, first, you should get near the core as soon as possible to evade his lasers, and second, you should watch for those exploding eggs he lays, which is way harder to do than it sounds. The good thing is that it goes down fast, but be prepared to be infuriated at this thing.
