This isn't a hard fight if you spread your damage against the three harpies. They are color-coded for their weakness, green is weak to wind, red is weak to fire and blue to melee attacks. So you should be damaging them equally, because as soon as one gets destroyed, the ones that remain get a power-up. Also, the best moment to attack them is when they do their musical notes attack, but don't stand in front of them (like I badly do in this video), because the energy that they shoot towards the middle can damage you.
