I borrowed this idea from another post but I changed it up a bit and included draw power. I found something interesting with the yubel deck and that it looks like it almost does nothing! Yeah, that's your advantage. The only threatening card is mystic tomato and if you can deal with all 3 you are pretty much good to pass the turns.

The goal of this farm deck is to eliminate all the mystic tomatoes or pacify them with wall of disruption.
Cards that will work and you are very welcome to change it up:
Wall of disruption/Widespread ruin/massivemorph/floodgate traphole
Man eater bugs/4star ladybug/newdoria/grave squirmer (thanks konami for giving us this card to farm xD)/
I DO NOT RECOMMEND monsters with high defense (more than 1400) and you want low attack so you don't take much damage if the nightmares crash into them. You don't want yubel to take battle damage either from crashing with mystic tomato.
There are SOOOO many substitutes and that's the beauty part of it.

Yeah it "could" get expensive so it's unfortunately not the deck for everybody.
You can use any skill that adds attack power to monsters. All you really need is a measly 100 attack points on blue eyes and 3x union attack gives vassal 9300 + 700 from itself for 10k exactly. Some skills come to mind: beat down, kaiba's peak performance, the ties that bind.
Just be sure to not set more than 1 monster on the field for fear of lava golem. Luckly this deck only uses 2 man eater bugs, so it isn't much of a problem. Hey trunade! on last turn, summon blue eyes with ancient rules and finish with vassal buffed up. Use the goblins to put any of your key cards back to the bottom. You will need the space to put your traps. Don't clog it up or you may be screwed if yubel decides to not attack for some odd reason.

Anyway let me know how it works out. I'm 3/3 win rate, not saying much but with all the support to destroy mystic tomato, this seems to me like a 99-100% win rate, and it's fast too. The best part I like about this deck is that you can start decrease the amount of cards to deal with mystic tomato and add in more draw power to speed it up. This was just an example so feel free to change it up to see what works for you.
