Watt up, yo! (Obligatory Watt pun. Just had to do eet :P)
Basically, a Stall/Burn variant of Watts, which focuses on getting doub Hopper to the field to prevent attacks + targeting effects to your Watts. Much better than the standard locks involving doub Marauding/Solar Flare & such. Then, burn their LP away with Giraffe + Solar Ray while building up your WMC for game.
Not too difficult to get the Hoppers to the field. Dragonfly, 141 & Angel can get at least 1 to the field. The other can be Normal Summoned from hand, which can be searched by Sangan/Rai-Mei/Duality (somewhat). Once you have the 2 on the field, all you need to worry about is mass destruction. Hence, the many negating cards in the deck. Starlight Road, in particular, is great to stop those lucksack Dark Hole plays, which is the main threat. The other would be BRD nuke(s), which can also be stopped with Veiler.
Solar Ray can do some major damage, especially if you have the 2 with a Marshmallon + Giraffe. 2400 damage from 1 Trap card is nothing to laugh at. If you have a field full of Lights, it's 3k! MOP gives you some time to stall while you get the 2 to the field, especially when you have a bad hand). Otherwise, you can swap them for something else. You can also swap 1 Warning out; 1 usually seems enough, but I dunno what to replace it with atm.
Lastly, the deck I fought against was a slightly updated version of my "CyDra Iz Back" build, which is still pretty fun to play.
