Yu Yu Hakusho is an interesting anime-inspired fighting game for the 3DO Interactive Multiplayer. It was exclusive to Japan and released in December of 1994, just over a year and two months after the release of the console. Though a little rough around the edges with terrible A.I, basic moves and difficult to execute combinations, for what's it's worth, this is an enjoyable game. It is definitely not technical enough to be considered a competitive fighting game, however, the lack of fighting games on this console (and games in general) this is well worth the import to try out and a must-import if you're a fan of the series. The anime cut-scenes really make it feel as if you're watching an episode of the show and adds to the allure of early anime-inspired fighting games. Not too deep, but fun enough in short spurts to warrant the play.
