Еще одно подтверждение того, что yuzu не умеет использовать ваши многоядерные процессоры (пока что) и единственное что здесь нужно это 4 ядра с максимальной производительностью, например разогнанный i3-9350K (ну или любой другой, с хорошим ipc и высокой частотой).
Видеокарты уровня gtx1050 хватит с огромным запасом.
