Changelog:
- PR-6577 cmake: Only copy pre-commit hook if .git directory exists
- PR-6576 settings: Disable FPS unlimit setting between title launches
Some titles crash if the FPS limit is disabled when launching. This change ensures that titles launch with the limit in-place to avoid issues.
- PR-6582 Support load game collection
The previous implementation can only load the default first game. This PR aims to able to load all games in the xci or nsp file.
