To get Sachika's Shigabane, go to the 3rd floor of ''Hirasaka's Memorial Hospital''. And be sure to return to that Extend Machine at Garage Island right after those events.

(You cannot use this on Sub-Members however). You need the skill - "Poison Knowledge'' in order to use an Antidote. You need a ''White Flower'' and combine it with ''Poison Monkey Claw''. At the lowest difficulty you don't have to worry about getting poison as they do not inflict you with this deadly aliment.
