Zatch Bell! Character Song Metal Medley (GP6 version) || Thunder Dragon Music
22My third anime song cover medley! This time, I made a Zatch Bell!/Konjiki no Gash Bell!! character song medley in instrumental metal genre, composed of nine Zatch Bell! songs (when I first arranged it, I thought I had ten but forgotten that I made an original drum solo that bridged between two songs, spoilers). Like the Digimon medleys, I always wanted to tab out and recreate Zatch Bell! songs, with character themes.
Also, I traced over some official character artworks and drew them over rather than using the official arts to have better quality and coloring. I used some of the character images I drew in my Top 10 Favorite Mamodos/Demons. http://fav.me/d8l3qpd All of the character artwork I traced/drew for this video alone but the Penny/Patie one (which was in my Top 10 Favorite Mamodos drawing) was from a manga volume, but I drew her without her towering bunny ears hairstyle (whatever you want to cut it), since Penny/Patie [SPOILERS] cut her hair in the anime/manga to distract an enemy and I prefer her look without those bunny tails (whatever the hairstyle is called).
Also, at the Bridge / Drum Solo I made, I decided to make Zatch Bell's head spinning around, beating to the bass drums, crash cymbal, and snares. xD Pretty hilarious but it took me overnight to animate that. I made a Bridge / Drum Solo section (with tempo gradually increasting) because—even though Destiny and Coral Q no Henkei Taisō have the same or similar key signature and ends/starts on the same C#5 power chord—they have completely different moods (like Destiny sounds sad while Coral Q's song is epically hyped up), which would sound like a weird-but-funny-and-unpredictable transition. xD
