Today I unbox some cubes from Zcube, they are a VeryPuzzle Super Star, Limcube 2x2x2 Ghost cube, tiled ZhuoWeiDi 3x3x3, and a giant 88.5ml / 8.85cm YuXin RoarLion 3x3x3.
The VeryPuzzle SuperStar was already stickered which I wasn't expecting, and unfortunately the plastic bauble that was housing it was cracked all over the place.
To be honest even though I think the Super Star is a beautiful impressive looking puzzle, I'm not that keen on the colour scheme since the puzzle (at least to me) still looks scrambled when it's solved. So I may remove the stickers and give it a different color scheme.
The puzzle very much reminds me of the vintage 1982 Alexander's Star.
The Limcube Ghost 2x2 came with some really nice metallic green stickers, I will probably find this very difficult to solve since I'm not that great with 2x2 shape mods for some reason, even though I'm really good with 3x3 shapemods.
The ZhoWeidi 3x3 is an average 3x3 I guess, it's not too bad, I do like the way it looks.
The Yuxin Roarlion is a HUGE clear plastic 3x3, has very fluorescent tiles, and came to me already lubed. The turning and corner cutting on it is great, but the reverse corner cutting is pretty much non existant.
