ZDoom conversion of Q2DM1: The Edge from Quake 2. Conversion by Mike Tawney. We also used a railgun dehacked patch. Being fans of both Quake 2 and Doom, we were really looking forward to trying this map out.

This is a demo recording from a LAN party way back in 2000. A few friends from the Long Beach DWANGO server got together to try out ZDoom 1.22. Jumping and mouselook were enabled, we wanted to try it out and have some fun. Lots of Rocket/BFG + mouselook shenanigans. Good times. At the time, we were heavily into Quake, Quake2, Quake3, and Unreal Tournament. So it was great to get back together and play some good old fashioned Doom.
