627Glide North of the Akkala research lab and head to the maze.
You will need lots of stamina to make it or you can ice block your way over but that takes longer.
Then you will need to find your way to the shrine inside and beat it so you can unlock quick travel point.
Once you do save and soft reset before killing a guardian until you get core.
You can get up to a total of 7 cores in a run until next blood moon cycle.
