Zelda: Breath of the Wild (No Commentary) #005, Dueling Peaks Shrines; Dueling Peaks Stable

Previously, Link visited the remaining Koroks on the Great Plateau. Then, he glided down to the east and began exploring the West Necluda Region. He completed the Bosh Kala Shrine and activated the Dueling Peaks Tower. Now, he will visit four shrines around the Dueling Peaks and then the Dueling Peaks Stable.
Link resumes on the road south of the Dueling Peaks Tower.
At a covered campsite along the road, he finds a chest containing some Flint (time 1:14). He can strike Flint with a metallic weapon to start a fire near firewood.
From the road, Link can spot a shrine on the northern side of the river (time 2:08). With the Scope, he pins its location on the map.
Then, he fast-travels to the Dueling Peaks Tower (time 2:14). He glides off east to a low ledge along the cliff on the northern side of the river. There are some mineral deposits along this ledge. He can blast them with Remote Bombs to acquire materials.
Link finds the Ree Dahee Shrine (time 5:17). He uses the pedestal to activate the teleport circle and open the door.
Link heads down into the Ree Dahee Shrine (time 5:44). Ree Dahee issues the trial "Timing Is Critical". When Link steps on pressure plates, they will tilt platforms to make metal balls roll down. The objective is to get the metal balls into bowl-shaped receptacles. There are three such puzzles; nothing too difficult.
At the last one, Link can move a metal barrel onto the last pressure plate. This lets him reach a chest with the Climber's Bandanna (time 7:57). The Climber's Bandanna increases his climbing speed and raises his defense by 3.
Link reaches Ree Dahee at the end (time 8:33). He earns Spirit Orb #006. He has 2 Spirit Orbs on hand.
Link arrives outside the Ree Dahee Shrine (time 9:33).
He fast-travels to the Dueling Peaks Tower. Now, he will seek two shrines high up on the Dueling Peaks. He glides to the southern side and begins climbing the slopes of the southern peak.
Southwest of the tower, there is a wooded grove with a cookfire and a couple of Apple trees.
There is a chest in a pond near the grove (time 13:34). Link can use Cryonis to lift the chest out of the water with an icy pillar. The chest contains an Opal.
Link rests until morning at the cookfire (time 14:12). Then, he begins seriously climbing the southern of the Dueling Peaks. Bring cold-resistant gear for the higher elevations. Stamina restoratives will also help. If he is on the right track, his Sheikah Sensor will start going off.
At the top, he reaches the Shee Vaneer Shrine (time 20:00). Looking down to the north, he can see and pin the shrine's twin, the Shee Venath Shrine, on the mountain north of the river.
Link uses the pedestal (time 20:17). The Shee Vaneer Shrine's teleporter activates, and the door opens.
He heads down into the Shee Vaneer Shrine (time 20:37). Shee Vaneer issues the trial "Twin Memories". The marker ahead provides a clue about the puzzle.
Link should go upstairs and look down at the grid. Note down the pattern of depressions with balls in them.
On a ledge around the wall to the left, a chest contains an Eightfold Longblade (time 21:52). This is a good two-handed Katana. Link leaves it for now.
Link leaves the shrine (time 22:23). He glides down to the shrine on the northern peak.
He reaches the Shee Venath Shrine (time 22:55). He examines the pedestal to enable the teleporter and open the door.
Link enters the Shee Venath Shrine (time 23:17). Shee Venath also issues the trial "Twin Memories". The setup is a mirror image of the Shee Vaneer Shrine.
First, Link goes upstairs. Write down the pattern, as in the other shrine.
On a ledge to the right, a chest contains a Serpentine Spear (time 24:31). Link leaves this for later.
On the floor, Link changes the pattern to match the original pattern in the Shee Vaneer Shrine (time 24:59). When the puzzle is solved, the door opens.
Link reaches Shee Venath (time 26:13). He earns Spirit Orb #007. He currently has 3 Spirit Orbs.
Link leaves the shrine (time 27:14). He teleports back to the Shee Vaneer Shrine.
He descends into the Shee Vaneer Shrine (time 27:53).
Link works on the puzzle (time 28:26). He makes the pattern match the original pattern in the Shee Venath Shrine. When he has finished, the far door opens.
Link reaches Shee Vaneer (time 29:30). He earns Spirit Orb #008. He currently has 4 Spirit Orbs.
