Previously, Link began questing in the Woodland region. He did the quest "Balloon Flight" at the Woodland Stable and "Leviathan Bones" at the Serenne Stable. Now, he will start questing in the Korok Forest.

Link resumes at his house in Hateno Village. He picks up his Great Eagle Bow at home. At the general store, he stocks up on Arrows and Bomb Arrows.

One of the quests that Link is about to undertake requires him to get a Lynel Hoof from a Lynel. To find a Lynel easily, he teleports to the Shae Loya Shrine near the Tabantha Bridge Stable (time 1:31). He climbs the ridge just south of the shrine. On the way up, he grabs a Rushroom for the quest "Rushroom Rush!" from the Gerudo Canyon Stable. Once on the ridge, he puts on his Stealth gear to sneak up on the enemy.

From the ridge, Link engages a Blue-Maned Lynel in ranged battle (time 4:02). He photographs the enemy for the Hyrule Compendium. Then, he puts on the Rubber set to reduce shock damage. He also eats some Mighty Simmered Fruit (Apple + 3 Mighty Bananas) to boost his attack power. Link fires Bomb Arrows at the Lynel with his Great Eagle Bow. He stays moving to avoid the enemy's Shock Arrows.

Eventually, Link wears the enemy down (time 6:21). He claims its loot, including Lynel Hooves. It has two weapon drops that he can photograph for the Hyrule Compendium and claim: a Savage Lynel Bow and a Mighty Lynel Crusher.

Link teleports to the Keo Ruug Shrine in the Korok Forest (time 8:20). In the forest, he climbs to the very top of the Great Deku Tree. Depending on Link's approach, this requires a lot of stamina, so come prepared.

Atop the Deku Tree, Link talks to a sleepy Korok named Walton (time 10:53). Walton issues what he calls the ultimate trial: a series of five riddles. For each riddle, Link must place the appropriate object on the leaf in front of Walton. This starts the side quest "Riddles of Hyrule".

The answer to the first riddle is an Apple (time 12:09). Link places an Apple on the leaf. Walton poses his second riddle.

The answer to the second riddle is a Fortified Pumpkin (time 12:43). They are available in Kakariko Village. Link places a Fortified Pumpkin on the leaf. Walton poses his third riddle.

The answer to the third riddle is a Sunshroom (time 13:17). Link places a Sunshroom on the leaf. Walton poses his fourth riddle.

The answer to the fourth riddle is a Voltfin Trout (time 13:55). Link places a Voltfin Trout on the leaf. Walton poses his fifth and final riddle.

The answer to the fifth riddle is a Lynel Hoof (time 14:38). Link places a Lynel Hoof on the leaf. For answering all the riddles correctly, Walton rewards Link with a Diamond. "Riddles of Hyrule" complete!

Link finds another Rushroom above Walton.

A Korok named Maca has information about the Korok Forest and the Master Sword.

In front of the Great Deku Tree, Link talks to a Korok named Kula (time 18:13). Kula wants to see a rod with the power of ice. This starts the side quest "A Freezing Rod".

Link can show him an Ice Rod for 100 rupees or a Blizzard Rod for 300 rupees. Ice Wizzrobes drop Ice Rods. Blizzrobes drop Blizzard Rods. Link can also win a Blizzard Rod from the Pondo's Bowling minigame.

Link teleports to the Hebra Tower (time 19:08). He descends northeast to Pondo's Lodge. When he arrives, he discards a weapon to open a weapon slot.

Link talks to Pondo to play Snowball Bowling (time 20:27). For scoring a strike, he earns a Blizzard Rod (time 21:42). It is stronger than an Ice Rod, but it breaks when depleted.

Before leaving, Link photographs the Blizzard Rod for the Hyrule Compendium.

Link teleports back to the Keo Ruug Shrine in the Korok Forest (time 22:45).

With the Blizzard Rod equipped, Link talks to Kula (time 23:32). Kula rewards Link with a Gold Rupee, worth 300 rupees. "A Freezing Rod" complete!

Link next talks to a Korok named Peeks (time 24:34). Peeks wants to see a picture of a glowing blue rabbit called a Blupee. This starts the side quest "Legendary Rabbit Trial".

Link teleports to the Ta'loh Naeg Shrine near Kakariko Village (time 25:57). In town, he rests until nighttime at the campfire in front of Impa's House. Then, he goes east past the Ta'loh Naeg Shrine towards Cotera's Great Fairy Fountain.

He finds and photographs a Blupee (time 28:37). Actually, he just gets the ears, but it's enough.

The description is continued in the comments.
