A new segment for over a month, so I was getting use to it again and in the sea I jump alot in the boat because it is faster than normal sailing (thanks WiiDsLite), and I ran up to the cracked blocks because most of the time placing it next to it by the stairs won't destroy them.
What happened inside the frog cave?:
I spoke to the frog king as quick as possible then I exit, afterwards I go to the right side of the cave to go up the stairs and exit that room then I speak to Linebeck as quick as possible. So really there wasn't anything special much (no shortcuts).
