Because recently, the possibilities of having static compilations are immense for n64 games.
Downsampling performance or use MSAA can cause drastical drastic fps drops in some scenes probably stutering compile shaders.
I have tested it on an Nvidia jetson nano 4GB that can do quite well at 2x resolution and a maximum of 960p.
Taking into account that the original ran around 20fps.
If you have a 120hz screen, it can go on the jetson nano at around 85--120fps. I have not been able to record it at 120hz due to the limitation of my capture device, which can only record 60hz.
