The rematch with Phantom Ganon is a bit more involved than his first fight.

Phase 1 has all the same attacks as before minus spawning the gloom pools beneath him. However getting too far away may lead to him drawing his bow, which he could do in the deku tree but the arena was so small you wouldn't see it.
Phase 2 the 5 clones respawn and one of them will begin to cover the entire arena in gloom so you need to either kill an enemy or deal enough damage to the collective health bar to stop it.
Phase 3 the remaining clones will pull out clubs which are slow but their jumping attacks have large shockwaves being tricky to dodge.
Phase 4 is the ranged game with phantom Ganon swapping to the glaive while one tries the gloom spread again.
Phase 5 is when it's down to a single clone left and will swap between the various weapons to kill you while discarding any and all gloom attacks in favor of just stabbing or bludgeoning you.
