Previously, Link went around Hyrule and gathered the six Sky Characters to fill in the Ancient Sky Book. It is now the Filled Sky Book. Time to take this back to Shad in the sanctuary!

After resuming, Link goes into the sanctuary in Kakariko Village (time 0:45). In the basement, he shows the Filled Sky Book to Shad (time 1:21). Shad uses the word on the statue. It removes the lock blocking the hole in front of the owl statue. Unfortunately, poor Shad is flummoxed.

Fortunately, Link has the situation in hand. He can use the Dominion Rod to move the owl statue aside (time 2:41). Then, he can go through the alcove and down to a chamber to find an ancient cannon! Shad comes down and identifies it as the Sky Cannon. However, it is not currently operation.

Then, Link has Midna examine the cannon (time 3:51). She will warp it away ... but not while Shad is watching.

After trying to warp, Link talks to Shad to shoo him away (time 4:23). Poor fellow. As Shad leaves, he suggests that Link show the cannon to a cannon expert. Excellent idea. I know just the guy.

Link has Midna warp the cannon over to Lake Hylia (time 5:14).

Then, he talks to Fyer at Fyer's cannon (time 6:42). Fyer charges Link 300 Rupees in advance to repair the cannon. After Fyer is done, the cannon is ready for business!

Afterwards, Link gets into the Sky Cannon by using the Clawshot on the target in the ignition chamber (time 8:51). Ooccoo and Ooccoo Jr. come running and jump inside. The Sky Cannon fires them off into the sky.

They land in a pool in the City in the Sky. Ooccoo identifies it as the sky city of the Oocca. She offers to give Link a tour of the city, but then a massive dragon flies by! Another Oocca appears. Ooccoo will go check in the shop for survivors.

Afterwards, Link is free to begin exploring the game's seventh dungeon, the City in the Sky. One of my favorite dungeons in the game, and I like many of them. Evidently, this place inspired Skyloft in Skyward Sword. In this entrance area, look out for frequent wind gusts. To return to Hyrule, Link can use the cannon in the south.

In the southeast of the pool, Link can sink to the bottom to claim a Red Rupee, worth 20 R, from a chest (time 10:51). In the southwest, another chest contains 20 Bombs (time 11:15).

Link heads east to the Oocca shop (time 12:16). There, he catches up with Ooccoo and Ooccoo Jr., who will join him as usual. If Link uses her, she will teleport him back to the shop. Not as useful as usual, I'm afraid.

Afterwards, Link returns to the landing area (time 13:56). Again, be very careful of frequent wind gusts. The Iron Boots will help Link stay in place. On the path leading north, look out for nasty flora.

In the north, Link must shoot the dark switch above the gate to open up the gate (time 14:56). As he heads towards the northern door, a cinematic shows off this awesome dungeon.

Link continues north through the door (time 15:41). Watch out for the blue blocks, which will fall away as Link steps on them. There are also Helmasaurs to look out for. The Oocca in the room will help Link glide across like Cuccoos, and Link can grapple to the vine-covered pillars.

Afterwards, Link heads north to the city center (time 17:32). Here, he finds a Helmasaur King. Their armor is permanently attached, but a Jump Attack to the rear will defeat them.

Link Clawshots to the southwestern grate and heads out through the hole (time 17:55). On the ledge below, he finds a Spinner hole. When he spins in this, it extends the western bridge. After grappling to the vines to the northern balcony, he can cross the bridge, again being careful of wind gusts. There are also avians to beware of.

Link heads through the door to the west (time 19:38). In the west of this room, he can Clawshot to the southwestern target and land near a chest. The chest contains a Small Key (time 20:21).

Then, Link returns east (time 20:57). However, as he crosses the bridge again, a scene occurs (time 21:50). The dragon flies around and demolishes the bridge! What a jerk.

Link returns east to the city center (time 22:21). He grapples to an ivy-covered column to return to the safe central area of the floor.

He passes through the door to the east (time 23:04). Past some Deku Babas to the south, he will find another Spinner hole (time 23:37). Spinning in this extends a bridge leading east. Let's hope Mr. Dragon won't take issue with this one.

The description is continued in the comments.
