Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity Pulse of the Ancients DLC is here, and with it, my new favourite weapon! The infamous Master Cycle Zero is back once again as DLC and is as powerful as it is relentless. With her beloved new ride, Zelda can leave all the other warriors in her dust as she stunlocks boss enemies to death and deal significant damage at an alarmingly fast rate. Master Cycle's Overdrive gimmick enables her to consistently lock down foes and keep the momentum in her favour.
Her ability to build special meter is also one of the best in the game, as she's always topped up and ready to obliterate all in her path from atop her mechanical steed. This, paired with her dazzling AoE stun effects, lets her stand head and shoulders over the rest of the roster in the midst of all the challenges the DLC throws at her!





So what is the “Warrior Showcase”, exactly? I wanted to make a new commentary series geared specifically towards "newer" players beginning their first steps into progressing the game. This primarily focuses on the strengths of a particular moveset, and give new players a taste of what’s waiting for them if they decide to invest heavily in their favourite warrior. I wanted to make this series similar to how we tackled Hyrule Warriors Definitive Edition and Fire Emblem Warriors, where we look at each character from a long-term perspective.
