To be honest, I didn't particularly like Seth during the Undercover R&B Special Episode because he just seemed like your stereotypical naive cop that values justice above all, but my opinion has changed for the better after completing all his Events. They're longer than average, most likely to make up the fact that this is the first time Belle/Wise interact with him, and there is more nuance to his character than I expected.
You get to see a more silly and sometimes awkward side of Seth, which is a nice contrast to his hard-working and righteous nature, and even delve into his family situation a bit (I hope we get to know more about his brother later on) and relationship with some coworkers. But most importantly, at the end of his Events it feels like the Proxy has developed a geniune friendship with him. Overall, I'm pleasantly surprised with Seth.
