This playthrough is possible thanks to Japanese guide that I found on a fansite. Kindly read the guide (and use Google translate) to find out the reason of every action taken in this video.

The original recording of this video was 4 hours 56 minutes. However, a lot of segments have to be trimmed, mainly those awful loading times between activities and races.

Once the final location has been reached, there is no way to start the final championship earlier, so it's mandatory to waste game's time in the most efficient method to save real life's time. In this playthrough I optimized the path and reached the final city on September 14, so I had to skip almost one full year since the final championship only starts on September 1 next year. Even with the most efficient time, skipping that one year took me about 1 hour 40 minutes during the recording. I fast forwarded almost all of this segment to become only 6 minutes to greatly reduce that boring session.

This playthrough still has several room of improvements:
- When playing Blackjack at the Las Vegas Casino, since after completing this playthrough I know that I still had more than 50k before the one-year skip, it's not mandatory to put extra effort to earn 999 chips during the second play. In other words, earning 500 chips on the second game should be enough to cover the entire tuning cost of your future car, assuming that you will only buy that one car and sell the first car.
- Wendy is the only partner whose best ending can be triggered as early as May instead of waiting all the way until September, since its requirement is not related with final championship. The other partners' best endings can only be triggered after winning the final championship in September. If watching my raw recording, this would potentially save 30 minutes due to cutting off May-Aug. However, in order to accomplish this, Wendy should be picked as your first partner during the beginning of the game in order to build up her "emotion" value, then after max-tuned everything except "Shape Up" (in this playthrough it can be done as early as the third week of March), you'll need to win a championship somewhere and hope Wendy appear there so you can pick her again. Then you only have about one month to build up her "emotion" value before triggering her best ending's requirement in early May.
- Generally speaking, after arriving at a new location, the best action should be "Explore" the entire week even if your partner is free. During first week, the only method to tune car is by doing "Test Run", but this option has terrible loading time for the race, and the run itself can't be cancelled. Tuning is best done by taking grass races or weekly part-time jobs, but both of these can only be done on the second week after visiting the place on the first week.

If considering what's equivalent to 100% game, there are two more notes:
- In this playthrough I skipped the entire Arm Champs since I didn't play Wendy. If aiming for Wendy's best ending then you need to win all of the competitions since they are missable. The first one happens in Santa Monica, Lost Angeles between May-August first year, the second one happens in Great Salt Lake, Salt Lake City between July-December first year, but in order to do this you have to pick the central route during the major split path, the third one happens in Niagara Falls, Bufallo between January-May second year, and the final one happens in Monkey Stadium, New York, May second year onward.
- I also skipped the entire RPG minigame except the mandatory one at Grand Canyon. There are three more locations afterwards. The first one is one-time event at Sears Tower, Chicago, the second one happens in the Anchorage's airport after winning the championship there, and the final one happens in Ghostbreakers Office, New York.
