Started playing the Alisha DLC tonight and immediately got bored of all the talking and went into the woods to practice comboing with Alisha. Messed around with hitstun and found that some artes in the same branch of the arte tree don't even connect properly sometimes. #GameDesign
She's a lot of fun, though I really wish she was in another game entirely. Radiant Mythology 4, Namco. Make it happen and put Alisha and Dezel in there. I will actually start loving you again if you do that.

I'm so thoroughly uninterested in this game's story. It's needlessly complicated, and since I also found it terribly uninteresting I never really payed attention during the many many maaaaaany cutscenes, which means I have no idea what the game is even about anymore. Not that I particularly care.
None of the characters appeal to me except for maybe Edna and occasionally Zaveid, and even then I really only like Edna because of her sense of humor and ice-cold delivery. Zaveid is just cool. He doesn't wear a shirt. That's like the textbook definition of cool.

I do find most characters (all of them except Sorey, really) to be a lot of fun in battle, so that's a plus. A very small, insignificant plus standing next to about 900 enormous minuses, but a plus nonetheless.
