Zilog and Moto - Episode 121: Bomber Raid - Master System
14One of the great things about being in charge of something, is that you can change your mind if you want, and do something different without having to go get the approval of someone or multiple someones. Originally, this week's video was going to be Ghost House for the Master System, as I teased in last week's video for Space Invaders '91. I was wanting to do a Sega Card title, and I didn't want to do Transbot yet.
However, I jokingly posted to twitter about it, and how it would have been a better choice for Halloween, and Jenovi from Jenovi's Retro Impressions (link below) chimed in and said, "Yeah, you SHOULD do that." So, I am, and as a result, we're looking at Bomber Raid instead this week, and that's a good thing.
Bomber Raid is one of the four games released by Activision in the United States for the Master System, along with Rampage, Cyborg Hunter and Galaxy Force, and I've got to say, it was a pleasant surprise to play this week, as I previously had no experience with it. Fans of Capcom's 19XX series should definitely take a look.
