Info about the Zirconium Building:

The Zirconium Building is a skyscraper in the Grand Theft Auto IV and Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars, located in Lancet, Algonquin.

Bordered by Columbus Avenue to the west, Bismarck Avenue to the east and Jade Street to the south, the Zirconium Building is an example of an Art Deco building opened in 1930, according to Peep That Shit. It is the second tallest building in Liberty City.

The Zirconium Building is based on the Chrysler Building located on Manhattan, New York City.

About the game:

Grand Theft Auto IV (also known as GTA IV or GTA 4) is the 2008 eleventh title in the Grand Theft Auto series. The game was developed by Rockstar North and was published and released by Rockstar Games for the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and PC. Grand Theft Auto IV is heavily influenced by Russian gangster movies, such as Brother, and its sequel, Brother 2, and Niko Bellic's physical appereance is based on the character of Sasha, a Bulgarian sniper who works as a mercenary for the Bosnian-Serb Srpska paramilitary organization, from the movie Behind Enemy Lines.

Set within the fictional Liberty City, based on New York City, the single-player story follows Eastern European war veteran Niko Bellic and his attempts to escape his past while under pressure from loan sharks and mob bosses.
