Zmodeler2 - Lesson 14, What is Extras and how to make/remove them ( HD with voice )
In this lesson Im showing how you can make that some extra on the car stays permanent and how you can add your own extras.
Extras is vehicle parts which appears on the same car model randomly when they drive next to the player.
This tutorial applies to GTA 3, Vice City and San Andreas
