On 'easy mode' from distance shoot the Screamer's head 5 times (no more) with the mastered 'M1 Carbine divine rifle' to weaken it, then ' Special Divine Melee' the Screamer when it's near to you and then get a quick headshot to finish it off with the MAB 38. The MAB 38 SMG requires 15 Screamer headshots for one of its upgrades.

The Screamer in the video is at the start of Zombie Zoo Chapter 2, you only need to headshot the first Screamer then restart at safe room and just repeat the process again and again until you're done. Don't worry, everytime you restart to safe room you keep your headshot. (This was completed on easy mode to minimize shots).
