This segment starts out with a Dr Tongue level meaning there's secrets abound to be discovered and Draco knows where they are. There's also a giant baby mini boss in the form of the Titanic Toddler which is hilarious just from the absurdity. The first secret level, Mushroom Men, is also accessed here by way of a secret in level 9.
Draco notes that in the football stadium level if you save all 10 cheerleaders you'll access another secret level but since he's kind of let half the neighbors die by this point it's not possible for him to access this level either.
