364The Zombo.com website was created as a parody of the creative, but, from the user’s perspective, largely pointless flash intros, which were trending at the end of the 1990s. Zombo.com is a simple, several-minute flash intro constantly repeating the words: “Welcome... to ZomboCom. This... is... ZomboCom. Welcome. This is ZomboCom; welcome... to ZomboCom.”
The website had gained considerable popularity over the years and had become one of the most popular internet memes in its time.
