This is the second part of a longplay of Zoombinis, the crowdfunded 2015 remake of the 1996 educational puzzle game Logical Journey of the Zoombinis. The game is charming and very addictive, if perhaps a bit too long. In it, the player guides the whole Zoombini people from their former home of Zoombini Isle, which the sinister Bloats have colonized. The Zoombinis establish a new home, Zoombiniville, deep in the mainland where the Bloats cannot get to them. Unfortunately, they can only make the journey in groups of sixteen, and four hundred Zoombinis need to escape.

As the original is one of my favorite video games and had a large influence on me, I decided to upload a genuinely (almost) complete playthrough of the game to YouTube. The only part missing is that, due to poor planning, I do not get three groups of sixteen Zoombinis through Who's Bayou on the Very, Very Hard difficulty.

The HD remake is almost as good as the original, and excels visually. However, there is a bug in the Mirror Machine on Very, Very Hard that causes only the second Zoombini's reflection to display, and another bug that sometimes prevents the player from putting the crystal mirrors on the platforms--notable blemishes in a generally lovely remake.
