This is an example of the PLAY command running on a 48k Spectrum. This should work on ANY ZX Spectrum that has an AY chip. It uses SOFT PLAY a ASM programme that provides PLAY functionality within 48k BASIC. Rather than typing PLAY a$ etc, do: PRINT #8;a$.
