Alone Coder, well known demoscener, along with Dragons' Lord has published something that is another milestone in the ZX Spectrum history- fully 3D engine that resembles Quake game. It's not just another raycasting engine but program based on polygons running at the decent speed on the classic Speccy. The game is suitable for higher frequency CPUs, allowing a smoother action on 7Mhz and 14 Mhz machines. There are even enemies implemented in the code, amazing!
