About Cheb Gonaz
This channel is about necromancy games with an eye toward games that are the most satisfying for necromancers who like to use armies of undead minions. Occasionally summoners of other kinds will be covered as well eg. demon summoners, druids, etc. But the focus is necromancy.
To determine whether a game provides an adequate summoning experience, I use a set of rules that I've developed that best describes whether a game's minions are satisfying or not:
1. Minions must be plentiful - It's no fun if your army consists of a single soldier.
2. Minions must be useful - It's no fun if your army isn't capable of fighting for you.
3. Minions must be permanent - It's no fun if your minion disappears after 30-60 seconds. No timers. A minion perishes in combat.
4. Minion Diversity - Some variety is important.
I also say if the minions are craftable, require corpses, are immersive or if the caster is strong or squishy and weak.
