About Just Press Record
Just Press Record is a channel made by a person who knows what it feels like to have creative ideas in your head but also the inability to create due to an almost paralyzing procrastination caused by mental illness. Whether it is from anxiety, depression, a mood disorder, etc.
I was finishing up my BA in Psychology and Criminology Minor when I decided I needed to stop school and focus just on my mental health. Now I'm slowly coming back and trying to create again.
This is a channel where I hope to push myself past my comfort zone while also giving everyone quality content. I hope it can grow into something that helps give inspiration to others out there who may find themselves in the same or similar spot. With that being said, it is also going to be connected to my Twitch account. I encourage everyone to use the playlist tab to find the category of video for you.
