About Mitch & Carlynn
Carlynn has maintained fitness but lost her nutrition focus and gained back a lot of weight. She started her NEW total body transformation January 1, 2024. She is getting invisalign to straighten her teeth and she is losing weight and exercising. Join Carlynn's total body transformation, get inspired, get to know her, connect, and watch her progress. Health has not been an easy path. Carlynn started vlogging in March of 2020 when she was at rock bottom and 285lbs with her husband Mitch. They had been practicing strategies learned from books such as Atomic Habits, The Gifts of Imperfection, The 5am club, Ripple Effect, as well as hiring a Nutrition consultant and she had come a long ways but after gaining back a fair amount of weight, she needs to get back on track.
