About The Federal Emergency Broadcasting Agency
This is not a test. This is the Federal Emergency Broadcasting Agency of the United States Government. F.E.B.A. is working in accordance with Executive Order REX-84 and Direct 51 as signed by the President of the United States under a State of Emergency. Martial Law is in effect. This is a continuity of government response operation. We are broadcasting on all radio frequencies both in the continental United States and abroad in territories governed by the United States. Due to the national emergency rescue operations outside of the continental U.S. will no longer be conducted. Domestic Efforts are underway to assist State and Federal agencies mitigate the ongoing crisis. All National Guard, Police, Fire and EMT, along with rescue services are to be federalized immediately under F.E.B.A. along with F.E.B.A. Assets to be used in assisting Active Duty Military Personal restore order in the ongoing crisis until otherwise directed by the President or remaining U.S. Chain of Command.
