Hello my name is Shyla I will be your guide during each of the affirmation journeys on this channel. I found affirmations years back when I felt "stuck" and needed a reset. The process of curating the right affirmations into playlists is something that evolved organically from sticky notes and jotted ideas on notebooks, many of these tried and true phrases have become a daily mantra in my spiritual journey as well as other aspects of my life.
