Hello everyone, my name is Jeff otherwise known as Monkiedude22. I have a passion for helping gamers by creating support content in new and exciting ways! Not everyone wants to use a Live Chat or a Phone to contact support. So what I do is I create videos for YouTube to support fellow gamers!
Currently I'm posting videos on a daily/weekly basis ranging From Xbox Support/Tip videos, Nintendo Switch videos and Let's Plays. I'd love to branch out into other ventures such as PlayStation Support content in the future.
I have a background working in Support with Internet Service Providers as well as console manufactures such as Microsoft. I've also worked at retail stores such as GameStop, so I'm well aware of the support chains that exist and I'm hoping to change the dynamic of how people get support for problem they experience.
