Howdy y'all! I'm Dr. ATG and I'm a psychiatry doctor who started this channel when I would easily work over 60 hours a week during my first year of residency. With residency comes a lot of stress and being a mental health advocate, I wanted to make sure my mental health is as good as possible so I can help my patients who are suffering from mental health disorders. That's why I created this channel - to play games to relieve my stress and promote mental health (and health in general!). I hope y'all join me on my residency, gaming, and YouTube journey and just have fun with me. While I'm gaming, I also talk about my life as a doctor and how I advocate for MENTAL HEALTH. Each video will aim to include a "MEDICINE FACT" to keep the knowledge spreading about healthy living!
