Hulk Hogan is the GM of RAW, but Paul Heyman's ESE(Elite Sports Entertainment) runs the show with the goal to take over the WWE at all costs. Smackdown, on the other hand, has former movie star turned GM The Rock and is home of the best talent WWE has to offer. NXT is the home of the Cruiserweights and includes the U.K Divison.
