My name is Bart Coppens, and I am obsessed with insects and nature and in particular with butterflies and moths. I film these creatures in the wild, but I also document their life cycles in captivity; breeding them is my strange passion and interest! Keeping such animals in captivity is far from selfish in a world where the life cycles of many species are poorly studied or even unknown.
