#0 - Chapter Selection Flowchart || Virtue's Last Reward (Interactive, 100%)
Part 0 of my interactive 100% playthrough of Virtue's Last Reward on the Nintendo 3DS.
This game is the second volume of the Zero Escape series. It's recommended to have played the first volume, 999: 9 Hours, 9 Persons, 9 Doors, before this one. You can find a link to my interactive playthrough of that game here:

If it's your first time on the playthrough, you can just download the flowchart with the link above, then skip to the next video. You'll be prompted to return here when the time comes. There's also a Q&A below to explain how the interactive setup works for this playthrough. If any link is broken, please let me know. I'll fix the problem as soon as I can.
—— Q&A ——
Q: How can I use this flowchart?
A: You can't really use the video anymore! Youtube shut down annotations in January 2019, rendering the flowchart above mostly useless. Please refer to the next question if you want to watch the playthrough interactively.
Q: How can I play interactively?
A: First, you'll need to download the flowchart (link above). By using the software of your choice (or a pen if you printed it), simply keep track of the nodes you have watched and mark them with a big X. When an interactivity segment happens, follow the instructions written on the cards to make the choice that you want (you can also use the links in the comment section if you don't want or can't use cards). If your memory is lacking, you may also want to note down the names of the escapes, game overs and endings you have seen. Remember that's it's your responsibility to keep track of what you've watched. Failure to do so may result in unwanted spoilers.
Q: Your playthrough sent me back here! What to do now?
A: If you were sent back here, then you either reached an ending or a Lock. In any case, you can't continue further on the path you were on. At this point, choose any decision node you have already seen on the flowchart and would like to revisit (to see the outcome of the other choices, for example). Every node has a number next to it. Find yours, and then look for that number in the pinned comment in the comment section of this video. Click on the corresponding link, and voila, you're back into the game!
Q: I had to stop watching because of a Lock. What's that about?
A: Simply put, Locks are story gates. To proceed further down that path, you'll need knowledge from other timelines. Keep the requirements in mind (maybe write them down somewhere), and when the time is right, return there to continue down that path. Skipping a Lock may result in heavy spoilers, and so it isn't recommended.
Q: Can I ignore the cards and just watch like a normal playthrough?
A: Yes. Doing so will result in following the optimal path through the game. You'll never be blocked by a Lock, but the story may shift to another timeline at certain points without warning. You'll also miss out on an unique and very fun Youtube experience...
Q: What do I need to see to get to the True Ending?
A: All the character endings, plus the Phi Game Over ending.
Q: The music in this video is so good! What's the name?
A: "Blue Bird Lamentation" from the Virtue's Last Reward OST.
