018.1 - Against the Storm - Handicap challenge
1Against the Storm with additional custom rules which make the game even more interesting and challenging to play.
We're playing with the following rules added to the base game:
Play from Viceroy to Prestige 28 for minimum Handicap score; Every failed settlement gives 1 Handicap point; Must settle in location with negative modifier if possible or get 1 Handicap point; Final score is the sum of all Handicap points acquired when the last Prestige level is completed successfully.
Extended Prestige rules:
Prestige 20 + Prestige 21: No paths, Prestige 22: No shelters, Prestige 23: One cornestone choice, Prestige 24: One blueprint choice, Prestige 25: Buildings have to be built next to a warehouse (except camps, farms and residential buildings), Prestige 26: no. hubs [larger or equal] no. opened dangerous/forbidden glades, Prestige 27: no orders, Prestige 28: start with two races of villagers, the third race is not allowed to work.
