This is a run of Skyrim, modified with the overhaul Requiem (https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/60888), which changes the entire game to make it much more lethal. Everything can kill you in a heartbeat. To make matters worse, the 3BF-TWEAKS (https://sites.google.com/site/3tweaksrequiem/home) changes a lot of the balancing to make the game even more lethal.

This permadeath run follows Hermethius, a heavy armor, 1hand-weapon & shield wielding battlemage that uses restauration magic trying to prevent an undead demi-god to be reborn.
