This had been a look into Ant Nation, since there are now videos of actual gameplay, each individual can choose if this is a game for them, if this is a game they would like or not..

[Mission 10] Defeat a LVL 2 Ladybug!
Task: A level 2 ladybug is dropped into your area nearby, zoom out / follow the red enemy arrow to the enemy bug location, use the pipette to pick up your ants and drop them around the ladybug. I'd recommend at least a minimum of 45 (lvl 2) ants.
Time Limit: 180 seconds (3 minutes)
Reward: 1000 Gold

[Mission 11] Crush 2 red ants in 120 seconds!
Task: Find the red ant location by changing your zoom on the map, I'd prefer the medium zoom, and scroll around the map to find it... this can sometimes be hard. When you spot it, point at the target with the wii remote, hold down the (A) button and swing the wiimote to strike with the hammer.
Time Limit: 120 seconds (2 minutes)
Reward: 500 Gold

[Mission 12] Use the cookie!
uh... Accept the mission, then sit back and relax as a cookie is dropped somewhere in the area.
Reward: 100 Gold

Gameplay
In both versions of the game players train a colony of ants to become tough enough to survive various challenges. In the Nintendo DS version, the ants are a genetically engineered species bred to defeat a colony of invading alien ants. The WiiWare version is a sandbox game while the DS version features an expanding mission structure. Players subject their ants to various dangers such as lightning, fire and heat rays from a magnifying glass to build up their resistance before sending them off on missions to collect food and defeat other insects. While in the WiiWare version the player controls a swarm of up to hundreds of ants, the DS version is based around a rock-paper-scissors unit mechanic that sees players creating groups of ants with specific resistance to certain dangers. The WiiWare version also contains a bonus mode that involves players trying to kill all ants in the level using items such as hammers, lasers and bug spray.

Reception
Nintendo Life called the WiiWare version a "fun, quirky game" with rewarding missions but suffered from uneven difficulty shifts between missions and bland graphics. However Nintendo World Report called it a "a slow-paced, disturbing affair with little variety", and IGN called the campaign mode shallow and mundane and that game could only briefly entertain "the desperately bored or the blind".
