Progressive Bunker is the debut compilation from Panzar Produktionz, a multi-faceted organization based in Skåne, the southern part of Sweden. Their mission is to revive the raw and powerful style of progressive psytrance that swept through the scene around the turn of the millennium and reached its peak in 2003. Expect to hear a variety of pumping grooves and killer beats from Sweden, Denmark, and Germany as the Panzar Produktionz crew seeks to bring you back to the good old days. “So, come on, let’s go ‘umpa, umpa’ again!” Mastered by InYourPhaze.

Ten years have past since it happened. Ten years since the progressive trance took the scene by storm, and transformed trance music as we knew it into a style with power, rawness and attitude. The time period of the classic progressive sound had its peak in 2003. After that the style whent minimal, and the psytrance began to take shape. The old progressive style where forgotten, then it suddenly came back sounding all the same, a no matter what cd you listen to, you can here the same sound over and over again. This time with a quality that where bound breaking, but the style where not as raw and powerful anymore, sure it was pumping hard but the feelings you got listening to it where more a macho kind type of disco.

Until now…

Skåne, the southern part of Sweden have been leading us thrue progressive trance since the start a lot thanks to the label Digital Structures, with artist like Son Kite, Ticon, Bigwigs, Etnoscope to name a few.

Now it happens again, Panzar Produktionz opened its doors in early 2009, and what can be more suiting than to introduce the old progressive sound once again now ten years later, but with creativity and quality that wasn't possible ten years ago.

Their artist come from Sweden, Denmark and Germany and all are determined to make an impact, and what better way is there to do it than releasing a promotion compilation. So, what you soon going to experience is not only unique, its is a tribute to the old, a guideline to the new, its Panzar Produktionz.
