[Done with the procedure. No success.]
After unsuccessfully booting the PC with the RTX 5060Ti GPU, I put the previous GPU back in the motherboard. (RTX 3060Ti).
The reason: The main PCI-e x16 slot on the motherboard only supports GPUs 'up to' Gen 4. The RTX 5060Ti GPU is only compatible with PCI-e x16 Gen 5 motherboards.
Also, I've officially phased out the older m-ITX PC build as of tonight (August 7, 2025), and moved the 2 SATA storage drives to the gaming PC build, and 'formatted' the M.2 SSD from the previous PC build.
I also have plans to sell off a separate motherboard, incompatible with the RTX 50 series of GPUs, the GTX 1650 GPU and 2 DDR4-3200 Memory components (2x16gb).

RTX 5060Ti GPUを搭載したPCの起動に失敗した後、以前のGPU（RTX 3060Ti）をマザーボードに戻しました。
理由: マザーボード上のメイン PCI-e x16 スロットは Gen 4 までの GPU のみをサポートします。RTX 5060Ti GPU は PCI-e x16 Gen 5 マザーボードとのみ互換性があります。
また、今夜（2025年8月7日）をもって、以前のm-ITX PCを段階的に廃止し、2つのSATAストレージドライブをゲーミングPCに移行し、以前のPCのM.2 SSDを「フォーマット」しました。
また、RTX 50 シリーズの GPU、GTX 1650 GPU、および 2 つの DDR4-3200 メモリ コンポーネント (2x16gb) と互換性のない別のマザーボードも販売する予定です。
