01. Piece of Eden (Assassins creed 1)
Near the end of the storyline you can see a projection coming out of the apple of Eden showing the earth with 30 glowing dots that indicate the locations of all the pieces of Eden. all the places shown are tied to ancient stories and/or mystical events and phenomena - places like Nazca, Rennes-le-château, Washington D.C., Beijing, Persepolis, Stonehenge and many more.

After collecting and rearranging all codex pages you can see various dots and eight assassin insignias on the ma placed on the Indonesian archipelago, Scandinavia, eastern island, North America, the Indian ocean, north Africa, the southern pacific ocean, continental Asia and the south pole. While the dots indicate the locations of several pieces of Eden, the eight insignias were rumored to be the locations of important ISU Temples. In reality the lines from and to each insignia form the symbol projected by the apple and the staff which open the Vatican vault.

After powering the sanctuary, you can see on Licy's pc monitors the memories menu of assassins creed project legacy set to the memories of Mario Auditore. Assassins creed project legacy was a Facebook game first made available on 30th September 2010. On 15th may 2013, Facebook removed the game because it no longer complied with their terms of service for Facebook applications.
04. Guide to the grand temple (Assassins creed revelations)
At the ending of the game, when we see Desmond waking up and William miles opens the doors of the van, a manifestation of Juno appears to the left, just outside the grand temple.

In the remastered version, you can get outfits of previous assassins in the secret room which are obtainable through Ubisoft club for 20 units each. This included the outfits of all assassins including Ezio, Alexios, Bayed and shy.
06. The Secret of Monkey Island (Assassins creed black flag)
In "The Pirate Captain" memory, Edward assassinates a pirate captain called Mancomb Seepgood, which references the video game The Secret of Monkey Island, as a pirate by the name of "Mancomb Seepgood" appears early in the story. However, judging by his claims that soon he will be the mightiest pirate in the Caribbean, it is likely he was also intended as a parody of the similarly-named, better-known protagonist of the Monkey Island franchise, Guybrush Threepwood. Additionally, during Sequence 10, Bartholomew Roberts remarks that "there's nothing like the hot winds of Hell blowing in your face," the same line uttered by the Ghost Pirate LeChuck in The Secret of Monkey Island.
07. Child of Light (Assassin's creed Rogue)
At Abstergo Entertainment's lobby entrance, two scientists can be heard discussing Child of Light, with one trying to convince the other to play it, describing it as a "beautiful turn-based RPG". The other dismisses it on the basis of the "story being told in rhyme" and not having any "PvP Deathmatches". Abstergo scientists can also be heard talking about oculi crafting, a game feature that gives the player various rewards and abilities.
08. Gollum Easter egg (Assassin's creed Unity)
You can find a stranger talking to himself and saying things like Mon Precieux (my precious) with a Gollum like voice.
09. The Year (Assassin's creed Syndicate)
The game has a red locomotive titled the eagle with the number 1191. It is the same year in which assassins creed 1 is set and the great eagle is the nickname of Altair.
10. Final Fantasy Tomb (Assassins creed Origins)
Located underneath the Medium pyramid is a secret tomb. When the player gets close enough to the temple they’ll see a meteor fall from the sky and crash into the base of the pyramid initiating the quest A Gift From The Gods. The meteor creates a hole in the tomb wall allowing the player access to a puzzle. Solving the puzzle yields a portal with a familiar figure from the Final Fantasy franchise. This character will give the player a number of items that reference this long standing video games series.
