Fallout New Vegas despite releasing in over 10 years ago still has a very active modding community, and one of the best achievements of this was the release of Tale Of Two Wastelands, a mod which brings all of Fallout 3's capital wasteland into Fallout New Vegas so you can play F3 in FNV, although the game is still on an over 10 Year Old Engine, however thankfully we can install New Vegas Reloaded to help bring New Vegas to slightly more modern standards. For my NVR, i disabled Volumetric Fog aswell as the Underwater effects using the ingame menu, which can be accessed by pressing "o" on your keyboard ingame, use "+" or "-" to enable/disable your desired features
