Gta V Online is a place were you come together to complete missions, run over friends, and all around fuck shit up. it's a place where you don't get any stars for getting on the runway but they have almost nothing for you to fly anymore. no private jets or 747's like you could fly in single player, but there is still a helicopter and no need to spend 1.3 million dollars on a hanger so the cops wont rush you to get the hell out of dodge. it also seems harder to gain money than in the single player, but that may just be because it is easier to get distracted by all the things gta normally distracts with. when you add friends to that distraction mix it always makes it even more fun. most people will get more dumb with a group of their friends, so luckily we have a place to be stupid without consequences. we gotta love gta for that one!
